Arbitration: 

• $1500 flat fee, 2-hour maximum, to be split evenly amongst all parties. Charges include all administrative fees, preparation of filings, and findings.

Mediation:

• $490/hour for two-party mediations

• $195/hour per party for multi-party mediations (3 or more parties)

• 2-hour minimum for half-day Mediations, and 4-hour minimum for full-day Mediations

• Time for a review of submitted materials, attendance on pre- or post-mediation telephone calls, or for any other services requested by the parties are billed at the base hourly rate

• There are no scheduling or administrative fees

Travel

• There is no travel time charged for Mediation & Arbitration held in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties).

• Travel time to and from Mediation & Arbitrations held outside of South Florida (portal to portal) is charged at 50% of the base hourly rate.

• Travel-related expenses (e.g. airfare, hotel for overnight stay, rental car/Uber, etc.), if any, are invoiced at actual charge.

Cancellation Policy

• Due to the difficulty of scheduling on short notice, Mediations & Arbitrations canceled less than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled date will be assessed a two (2) hour cancellation fee for half-day mediations and a four (4) hour cancellation fee for full-day mediations.

• If a replacement Mediation or Arbitration is able to be scheduled in the canceled time slot, the cancellation fee will be waived.
